Speaker Announcement: Brad McGrath
Twelve years ago, Brad Magrath and his brother Brett, founded Zoona, which has grown to serve over 3 million unique consumers, created 4,500 jobs, paid out over $26 million dollars in commissions to small scale business entrepreneurs, and transacted over $2,5 billion on its platform. The original conviction was that entrepreneurship, technology, talented people, an unrelenting focus on solving customer problems, and delivering value people would pay for would be a formula to grow and scale. And it did. The African landscape is dominated by unemployment, financial exclusion and increasing youth population and urbanization. Zoona is focused on empowering entrepreneurs to create employment, and increase financial inclusion to help communities thrive.
